 - There is no Refund in case of rejection.

Can I request for a single gate pass to visit multiple host companies?

 - No, you can apply only for a single host company.

 How can I get the payment Link again in case if payment failed or page closed by mistake?

 - Contact the Host companies or Contact Dubai Trade Contact Centre to Resend the link.

 Can I Add multiple visitors in one request? If yes what is the maximum number?

 - Yes, you can add up to 10 visitors in one request and separate gate passes will be issued for each visitors.

 As JAFZA Companies can we apply for gate pass from our Dubai Trade Login for JAFZA Services? 

 - Yes, you will have the services under the Admin user and it can be assigned to Sub users from the admin user. You can apply a pass for your visitors, contractors and suppliers only You are not able to apply a pass for your sister companies staff (this service available on Jafza web page)

How long it will take for Approval if gate pass request is pending with PCFC for approval?

• Maximum 24 hours if all documents are correct for (One day Pass) 
• Maximum 1 Week if all documents are correct for (Weekly Pass) 
• Maximum 1 Week if all documents are correct for (One Month to Three Month Pass) 
• Maximum 1 Month if all documents are correct for (Six Month to One Year Pass)
