The Ground Photography Service enables registered companies and host entities to receive official approval to perform ground-level photography or videography within PCFC-managed facilities. All requests require approval from PCFC Security and DP World to ensure adherence to security guidelines and site access regulations.

Ground photography/Video Shooting

• Request letter from Host Company (including Date, Time, Duration, Purpose and Location of photography, list of team members)
• Emirates ID and Passport copy with valid visa /entry stamp of all photography team members
• Trade license copy of Studio / Filming Company
• List of accessories and equipment’s
• NOC from Dubai Film and TV Commission. ( www.filmdubai.gov.ae )
• DP World Commercial/P & O Marinas Approval
• State Security (SSD) Approval
• Port Entry & Tools & Eqpt Pass(www.Tasreeh.ae)

• Login/Register to Tasreeh portal.
• Navigate to the 'Services' tab on the homepage.
• Click on ‘Vessel Services’.
• The company shall select which service under vessel’s services they want to request.
• Fill up application form with required information.
• Upload required documents.
• Pay required fee.
• Request will be approved, rejected, required more information
• After approval, PCFC security team will update the request that all requested service completed.
• Applicant will be notified that the application completed.
